This Privacy Policy describes how WidPass (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect#
1. Analytics Data#
The app uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app experience:
- App usage patterns and feature interactions
- App performance and crash reports
- Device type and operating system version
This data is collected automatically and cannot be used to identify you personally.
2. Local Data#
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
- QR code and barcode images you save
- Labels and ordering of your passes
- App settings and preferences
Information We Do NOT Collect#
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Contacts or calendar data
- Payment or financial information
Third-Party Services#
Our app uses the following third-party service:
- Firebase Analytics (Privacy Policy)
Advertising#
WidPass does not display any advertisements. We do not use any advertising SDKs.
In-App Purchases#
WidPass does not offer any in-app purchases. The app is completely free.
Data Security#
All your pass images and data are stored locally on your device using Apple’s secure App Group container. We do not have access to this data.
Children’s Privacy#
Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Rights#
- Delete local data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data including all saved pass images

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
